Another light study used a photo reference.I wanted to get more details in this one but I think I just dont have enough patience yet. Kind of gave up towards the end.Will try to get a simpler one maybe next time!!

Trying to do some portraits as part of a cg talk thread on drawing portraits. The references used are photos of classical sculpture and paintings.

I have not used any kind of grid system for any of these so the proportions are not exact but im hoping i will improve as i do more of these.
